Looking at upgrading, new or secondhand 110 county
So, after a bit of consideration I am at a point where I need to either reinvest in my 1990 RR or buy something else.
Reasons for upgrading are: car has high kms (330k), starting to show its age and some mechanical issues will become a more frequent occurance.
Dual fuel, it's great but have no boot space and out in the bush I only buy petrol anyway due to supply issues.
Want to tour more so diesel and reliability are two very big points I currently consider
I earn a decent income for a young chap so am thinking of a brand new D110 county.
I u understand they now come with a 2.2 donk which sounds tiny after driving a 3.9 V8 that was not tuned for economy...
I could go down the td5/tdi repower route, but longevety of my driveline and the general state of the car make me think it's a false economy.
What do you guys think, and what is the general consensus on Land Rovers latest Defender?
Any owners opinions of the motor, performance, build quality and satisfaction overall would be welcome.
Cheers
Ben

Hi Ben,
Before this gets pushed off the front page, I think the lack of replies is because this question has been asked before ( a lot).
I think the search function works for new members, so just type in PUMA & take it from there.
Good luck with the decision, the Classic Rangie is a hard act to follow.
