I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

I heard Mike Archer talking on the radio the other day about the gastric brooding frog project. Very Interesting. They also tried reviving the thylacine from DNA. Mike Archer reckons all is not yet lost on that one. i'll be watching this with interest.

If they manage it, the first thing they will face is a lack of genetic diversity if they want to breed them. I suspect that they could make a fortune on the black market... how much for a real, live Tassie Tiger?

What would be the point to bring back your Dad by cloning his DNA?

Even if they could all you would get was a new baby to care for and that would not be your dad, the child would be more like a son.

And that would be kind of bizarre and spooky.

    cheers,
    Terry

That's great. I seem to get the ladies who glare at me and say that they're quite capable of opening a door on their own...

Not the way I was brought up.
