I made 2 spacers an inch each out of teflon sheet (mate who builds boats had some scrap), one top and one on the bottom, made a lovely flat surace for the bags that have now been in a RRC, disco 1 and now a disco2.
cheers

Hi all, I can pick up a set of poly air bags for for my series 1 disco for $100.00 but my question is ...these bags are for a std height coil...I have a 2" lift is it a matter of making a spacer or are the bags for lifted vehicles longer ...thanks Gary

Are you getting a special deal on one size only? The Polyair website lists Disco 1 choices as either standard height or 2" raised, which I assume should not need spacers.

The 2" raised version is the same bag with a 2" block of soft poly material.
Just make a spacer out of material that will lift the bag in the coil but wont damage the bag

These are second hand, hence not "ording specifce" also includes an extra one, so three bags for $100. So BIG THANKS to those who gave advice...Gary
