Hi all,
after just moving back to the city i have realised how important it is to know the height of my Disco. Many car parks have 2100mm clearance, fortunately i just scrape in at 2060mm.
So how high are you and with what mods?
I'm a D1, 2" lift and 245/75R16 with a Tigerz11 flat rack.
D3 with short leg Rhino platform and Foxwing I can just squeeze into 2100 carpark with Llams low plus access height selected and sitting prett much on the bumpstops.
My County swings the 2.4 metre bar at Parramatta Westfield, but doesn't touch anywhere else
The height is mainly due to the lofty roof top tent, though the thickness of the rhino bars, the 2" lift and 33" tyres woudn't help either...![]()
My Disco2 when it had a 50mm lift was 1970 to the rails. With more lift, bigger tyres etc I'm not sure now, if the aerial on the bull bar touches I just back out.
Cheers
Slunnie

My D4 at onroad height, is just under 2.2mtr, won't fit in the carpark at Menai, which has a 2.1mtr restriction.

Height of my D2 varies depending on whether I'm on holidays or not. Not on holidays, less than 2.1m. On holidays, higher, but less than 2.5m
A warning for those passing through Rockhampton. There is a large shopping centre just north of the Fitzroy River, where, before you can exit, the carpark road takes you into the underground car park with a height of 2.5m at the entry, and 2.1m at the exit.![]()
I discovered this, on holidays, with kids' bikes in the cage on the roof and towing a caravan
I ended up exiting through a garden, directly on to the Bruce Highway, and telling the wife she could go shopping at Sarina instead.
