I do not think I need a will yet as most of my assets are pretty sorted.
If I did not have a will and I died who gets my money?

SupporterIn NSW an administrator must be appointed by the Supreme Court of NSW. So others will decide who gets your estate (whats left of it after the legal cost)
In my opinion leaving a Will is more about the people you leave behind. Losing a loved one is bad enough without all the hassle of dealing with the legal system.
