idiots but still funny theres always some one you come across each year like that
Went for a quick wheel today.....ran into a couple....and they got themselves into a spot of bother.
Bald AT's, road pressures, no recovery gear and a very greasy track......didn't get it out either.
On a brighter note, the rangie drove it all with ease.....same could not be said for this Jack.....or the two Pajero's that also helped

Funny thing is, if they had returned to the bottom of the slope and tried again with a little more speed as advised, instead of persisting in spinning and sliding near the top, they may have just made it....only needed another 30-40 foot.....
I left them at the Nundle pub to get a room for the night. Then they have to bribe someone with a winch to help get it out in the morning. I think they have learn't........the hard ones normally sink in a bit easier.
A big thumbs up to one of the Pajero drivers tho, who is giving his time to go back up tomorrow morning and help get it out. If the boss didn't want me at work, I would take the Suzuki (has winch, Rangie dosn't) up as well to give them a hand.
Arent they lucky others were out there to help, a few years ago during winter out of pure luck i noticed a vehicle out of the corner of my eye as i was looking for low lying snow. I reversed back and found a couple with a baby in a D1 stuck in a bog hole with no recovery gear or radio on HT tyres that was on angle and half filled with water .
