    William Creek Hotel

    Hi all,

    Well its closing in on the end of the my second week running the hotel and caravan/camp ground. Its been interesting to say the least (in a good way) we got rained in last weekend but the roads are now open bar the Coober Pedy rd which we expect to open on Monday.

    I have met quite a few AULRO members over the past week or so and have some great nights and a few beers with them, be sure to say hi if you are coming this way!

    An update on fuel, we are now down to $1.98lt for ULP and Diesel, this has been met with with much pleasure by all (better than $2.24!) I have also reasessed the accom prices and our camping has dropped now to $25 night for powered and $15 for unpowered, these are down some 50% or more!

    David will you still be there weekend of 17-18 august for the bronco branding? If so, I'll see you there. Anyone interested in going there for that weekend is welcome to tagalong from Emerald or meet up appropriately on route....

    Yes Dennis i will be still here, its a huge weekend and this year we are having a band on the Friday and Saturday nights. If you have never experienced a branding weekend its a must see!
