I saw this blog of a Landrover with a Trayon Camper trekking through AfricaHe bought the defender in Sydney and put a Trayon on its back and shipped it over for a two year journey in Africa. He is currently still travelling but updates the blog from time to time. Love it....

That's great.
One day x 2
There are some excellent pics of wildlife in his galleries.
Its a pity he doesn't seem to have put up any way of communicating with him - I can't see how to register, for example.
I notice this on his front page
Think carefully - do you really want to talk to me ?

I love to take one to Argentina and do the Chilean and Argentinian Patagonia
The LR Argentina club is very good with lot of knowledge for planing a trip.
An extended single cab 130, didn't know they existed, are they still made? Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food
A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
Yes, it is awesome place to see, I was there in 1953 but on the Argentina side only.
Members of the Expedition Portal forum can see HERE a thread of a 130 Dual Cab with a roof tent doing the trip from in Africa to Alaska and Alaska to Argentina
I think that Jorge is member in our forum and have a nice page HERE
For sure he would help any AULRO member with info about Argentina.
Now, back to the topic........
I did enjoy looking at those photos, but we shouldn't lose sight of the fact that there are some delightful places in Australia where you can set up your Trayon.
