a restored 1970's v8 manual 2 door. bog standard, original condition. relatively lightweight, simple, and very capable out of the box:)

had one of those, loved it:). but the little alloy v8 in a standard 70's rr is just the bees knees:D soft and supple suspension, low low range, good weight distribution....

And has pretty good fuel economy as well.
One of my brothers had one for years.

Much to the dismay of our mother we changed the chassis under her carport,as it was badly rusted from heaps of beach work by the previous owner.:o

Um,just thinking it may have been an early 80's one,it was a four door.

hi paul, if it was a 4 spd manual early 4 door that would have the high compression engine and the .996:1 high range hence the better fuel economy. IMO this is the best one to own, the 2 door may be lighter and more aesthetically pleasing but gearing and torque etc wasn't as good as the first 4 door ones.
