Companies seem to be able to outsource every thing else, so why not prisons.

I've never heard of this Comcept before , I like It ! , It has some merit . Although I don't think It will ever happen , as they have rights . Ya right !!..

It is a matter to work around it, perhaps Macquarie Island which an Australian territory can be an option administrated by a foreign company.
Why it is always unconstitutional to not look after the bad as it is Ok to provide bellow standards shelter to the homeless people with mental disorders?

Hi Eevo , I know that you are right , of course it will never happen ! The ironic thing is , this wonderfull Country was colonized by a system such as this . I for one am pleased that It was legal , or even constitutional way back in 1788 . cheers jimr1
