Thread: Iprimus a good rap.

Four months ago we switched to Iprimus from Optus. Typically for me at the exact same moment that I was setting up the connection the modem carked it. So I assumed that it was a connection issue. I T bloke from Iprimus comes out and tells me that it was the modem. All good should be no cost. Now four months later we get a bill for the visit. Ring Iprimus and the report from the I T dude is not complete or some thing. He should of stated up front what the charge was. So they halved the bill. Would have been better if they had waived the bill but this is better than paying the full amount.
