Thread: Kaymar - thumbs up for good service.

Hi all

It's nice to be able to give a report of good/prompt service in this day and age.

A few months back I managed to score a NOS Kaymar rear step tow bar for my D2a at the ARB clearing sale. Bumper lights were not included, but were still available. Ordered a pair in mid June and 6 weeks later the wrong part was delivered. Reordered again....

Last Friday I thought I would give Kaymar a call. Most of the sales people were apparently setting up at a 4wd show but the lady, who answered the phone, found out that they were in stock and in exchange for address and credit card details shipped them express post. They arrived at the post office yesterday and as a bonus she also included a CD with all the fitting instructions for their entire range of products. Much clearer than a 3 generation paper copy.

I was most impressed! and I sent Kaymar an email complimenting them on the service provided.

And on that note I'll stop before I get into brick batting!

Good to see you giving credit to a company where credit is due, as I have said here before,it is all about "service" you have posted this up and were pleased with said service,and you will probably tell your mates where to spend their money,and you have spread the good word here on the forum.
