Plastic Welding
I'm looking to start doing some plastic welding to make tanks/containers. Anyone able to recommend a suppliers of both HDPE sheets, rods and welders?
I've had a bit of a look around, and it looks straight forward enough, so hopefully shouldn't need any formal training.

Used to do a fair bit of plastic welding few years ago and yes it is quite easy as long as you match up correct types of plastic together. Can't help with suppliers but used to use a Lister hot jet welder nice and compact and easy to use. Cost from memory about $700

Try Plastral in WA. They gave me lots of good advice when I was looking at Leister welders. Good prices too (cheaper than anyone I could find in Adelaide) and quick delivery.
Plastral - Leister
