drive on drive off = $660 , that seems such a good deal I thought it worth sharing

it would cost me $350 in diesel to drive it to Melb so I reckon its a bargain ,

    Transporting Defer

Check with Toll Express. I recently got Disco2 Brisbane to Adelaide for $485 and service was 2 day. Not bad.

A lot of the carriers have restrictions on height over 2.1m and things like no personal belongings to be in the car. We used Door to Door Car Carriers to bring our Countys back from Cairns after a Cape York trip last year because they didn't mind that we had roof top tents (2.4m high) and also the cars were full of camping gear etc etc. $1275 Cairns to Melbourne.
$660 sounds ok from Brisbane to Melbourne. Is that just for a bare car, or a loaded one.

Hey Mick, strip it down including windscreen, and pack the stuff in a large tarp lash it to the truck and it should cost about the same as an offroad trailer
