.....or just scan Sydney Harbour on any given Saturday or Sunday. I do a lot of yacht racing and we (the crew on the rail) are always quiet when we see a moth foiling.....until it's gone and then we all start gushing about how cool they are and how fast.
They do stop very quickly though! I think small, affordable foiling cats definitely have a place in the sailing world. might detract from the 18' Skiff series but you can't halt progress.
Even smaller craft than Moths have experimented with foils.
