Interstate people probably barely rate as a blip. Most of the growth will be immigration. At work they have probably hired 10 new people over the last 6months.... 7 of them would be recent imigrants from india (they must agree to working for minimum wage is all I can figure, so they get hired over locals).

Baz, all that hard work encouraging them to migrate north wasted. They were a menace on the roads here.

I might have to petition the state government to put a "turn the caravans back at the border" policy in place.

I can't understand where they're all going? The public transport system doesn't seem to be as packed as it was twelve months ago. Maybe they're just staying at home.

Probably a good thing too given WA is in the grand final. A few years back, when The Crows were over, a lot of SA registered cars got vandalised.
