I think we've all owned a Jawa at some point, in the uk anyway when you could buy these bikes for a few pounds, along with triumphs and good old bsa.

What's the bike in the third pic down ??

    That'd be a 1964 Benelli Sport 50.

    Yep 50cc of sporty goodness

It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Thanks Vlad I thought it was but wasn't 100% sure

My first bike that I purchased with "3 british pounds" of my hard earned paper round money, was a Honda 125 Benly of about 1962 vintage . I was about thirteen at the time,it was all in pieces in boxes and my father thought I'd lost the plot when the chap dropped it off on our drive.
I painted it a green metallic colour and put it all together with a little help from my brother. It ran perfectly and even had an electric start, I only got to have one go on it up the road before I was grounded big time

I sold it for 30 pounds and then purchased a bsa bantam converted to a scrambler which I was allowed to ride in a field as long as I pushed it there.

Hate to think what these bikes would fetch now.
