When I was a kid mum used to refuse to buy Devon and Frankfurt sausages, said it was just the sweepings off the floor.

Have done a lot of work in smallgoods factories and seeing how its all made.and what goes into it, its far worse....

The sausages were made locally to us Ian and were fatty and tender. Really good. That butcher closed after a flood. Pitty that. I haven't tried a steak of Croc tbough. Cheers
