    That's pretty impressive, and you've got to hand it to them for all the work that must have gone into it. But it didn't stop at the fire hydrant for a wee!

    Yep, the way of the future. The US Military are researching robots for use in the field. Bet it can't catch a frisbee though, [yet] . I found this to be an eye opener, especially to do with aircraft & vehicles, & the medical bit at the end, Bob

    The technology is very impressive!! I had a roommate that was designing robots when I lived in Silicon Valley. Very difficult to achieve the mobility.
    I personally don't think the buzzing from my front verandah would scare off any Jehova's Witnesses coming up my drive though.

    That may be so,,,, but who sits there and thinks,, "gee, I dunno, lets make a dog" ?

    And as an aside,,, if its to do with the armed forces, how come its on utube,, shouldn't it be classified or something?
