    Should I Send This Back?

So my Tigerz11 copy of an ARB Ezy-Deflator arrived yesterday. I decided it wasnt worth the extra money for the ARB unit since they were about the same.

I have just noticed a number of scratches and small splits and cracks on both sides of the dial face. (hopefully you can see in the attached picture) Should I return it? Is it worth the hassle?

As long as it works properly I would not send it back. Tigerz 11 reputation for after sales is really bad. There is even a facebook page dedicated to their lack of customer support. It will most likely be more hassle than it’s worth, but having said that it is worth a phone call. I just wouldn’t send the old one back while it is sorted out, as long as you still have it you can decide how much effort you want to go to. If you send it back you are at their mercy and may regret it.

    Thumbs down Tyre deflator

    Hi,
There are far too many suppliers of many products getting away with giving sub standard services.

In my opinion you need to ensure that this supplier becomes accountable. I would pursue getting a credit back, it certainly looks like this supplier has achieved the exposure they deserve on this site, I for one will be giving them a big “swerve”. Thanks for the post!

    Regards

Its your call call but realistically it will get worse after flopping around in the recovery gear bag BUT i agree that its new so should be in new condition so at least make them aware.

I called Tigerz11 and as expected their service was not of the highest standard.

In my opinion, if the item is not worth a huge amount (the deflator was $20) and the customer tells you it's damaged you replace it. Customer satisfaction is worth more than the $20.
    Apparently they don't agree.
They asked me to take photos and send them to an email address. I did and was told that they would need to complete some paperwork and send it to management for them to approve...

I'm not actually too fussed about how it looks but when I purchase something, regardless of the value, I want it to be in brand new condition. This is more of a little experiment. I want to find out how bad their customer service actually is...
