Well I have sorted my problem. I checked to see what programs had been installed around the same time this pop-up problem started. I found a program called swiftlink had been installed. Don't ask me how or why because I don't know. I deleted it and NO MORE POP-UPS.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

On my galaxy s3 the pop ups are floating and are always at the bottom of the screen and the full width of it, is that what others have?
