    LED LIGHT

I was in ARB yesterday getting my new bull bar. Whilst there I was looking at a rechargeable light. It looked to be pretty good so I purchased one.

As always, whenever I look at these things it is always daylight which makes it hard to see how good they are.

When it got dark I took it out side to try it. To say I was impressed is a big understatement. It is that good that next time I am in Bendigo I am going to purchase another.

Now there might be others around that are as good or better, but I have not come across one.

So if any one is looking for a good hand held work light, I highly recommend this.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

Their price is $113 but they did it for $99, probably because I just spent $1800 on a bar.

It does not give a wattage rating but it has two levels of brightness 400 lumen and 200 lumen with a run time of two or four hours. Battery is lithium and it comes with a 240 volt and a 12 volt charger.

It has two powerful magnets, one on the end, which is strong enough to hold the light horizontal off a vertical wall, as well as a fold out hook on the end.

I have just come in from removing the front bumper off my D2 and it was brilliant.

Whilst that may look like a lot of money for a light, and there are much cheaper similar lights, it does compare well with the quality work light/inspection lights from Narva, Wurth, Hella, etc.
    Should last a lifetime.

I have one of those cheap hand held lights from autobarn etc, i got it last xmas and only had to charge it twice. Plenty of output and at around $15 i can throw it out when it dies.
