Refer attached PDF for your viewing pleasure! This thing should be a race car, racers dream about this sort of balance, was good for a laugh really, the guy that weighed it couldn't believe it.Quote:
Hey Mike, what did your corners weigh in at?
I'm running 220 lb/inch front and 300 lb/inch rear... a bit of a compromise to get the front to flex more but can still carry a bit in the back without the bum sagging too much... works well. Actually the rear shocks as is are pretty close, it's more the fronts that need work. They aren't too bad really just the case of compression a bit too slow and rebound too fast.Quote:
Some of the pirate guys were running 300lb/in springs. You need a lot more rebound damping to control that.
Corner weights were done with a full tank of diesel but no driver... total 2349kgs.Quote:
Is a full size truck a 3 tonne Landy or one of those massive Silverado/Ram/Suburban/F Truck buckets?
Did you weigh it loaded or empty?
What was yours again Mark, 2800 something? Did you need to upgrade to MR licence? :p
