I have asked the 'pickup only' eBay listings if they'd ship if I paid for the shipping and often they'll reply with a yes - it's this much! If I really wanted the item I'd make the call.

I've sold some items on gumtree lately and have had interstate people enquire about them.. Actually sold my RC drift car to a gentleman in QLD who got it for his kids. Was happy to pay for shipping plus my asking price so why not.

Ooooh that was fun wasn't it. I suppose it's a good thing he's moved on but it was good sport while it lasted

Are you sure you want me to make your question public? I've already knocked back a couple of potentially problematic ones - I think yours may fit in that category.

So, you Avatar fits your personality?, you're not stroking a cat , at the moment, perchance? Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

That is so funny - because I do actually have a cat on my lap as I type this....

Oh, and the Avatar not only fits my personality, but in 20 years, I'll probably look just like that too... My chin already shares a remarkable resemblance...
