I am the same, i dont mind the clean up things have to be maintained, but i have only been posting since October last year and i have lost over 1500 posts now. As you said very disheartening. Matt

:roll: if some people read some of the replies to posts they would realize that BB has been sweeping thru the forums and deleting some old posts that have not been seen since just before noah built the ark!!!

whilst i also have lost well over 1000 posts,also three goldies,and now have incisor rite behind me in the post tally,it is only for the benefit of the site that the clean up is being done,as over the last twelve months or so the site has increased in numbers ,so growing pains are sure to happen,with a number of members being quite active,(no ace,vlad ,I am not picking on you guys 8) ) each post takes up space on the system ,and unless someone has a very large system sitting in the back shed that we can use ,or would like to contribute some $$$$$ to upgrade the system each time it fills up,then i suggest we all pull our respective heads in and just enjoy the site like normal and put up with the occassional post drop. We appreciate the site needs to be cleaned up from time to time and dead wood removed, and I doubt there is a person on here who has a problem with it. We are just saying how disheartening it is to loose all the posts, however unavoidable it is. Matt
