the original "topic" was in reference to a localised disease known as red star fever,it was often "caught " soon after reaching red star status on the postal count,symptoms included, rampant dribbling,double posting,single word posting in multiples,single smiley postings,in fact any matter of way to post as long as it increased the post count,were used to satisfy the disease,some have been cured (one thinks possibly due to threats by slightly ticked off members of the fairer s*x to close up the lolly shop ),whilst others may have just got bored with the seemingly endless task of trying to stay ahead of the pack,whilst some others just gave in after a round of "clean-ups" by a certain moderator who shall remain nameless to protect the guilty,wiped thousands of post counts from a few of the pack leaders ,throwing them way down the tally board,whilst still some others have defied all attempts at cures ,defying medication ,and all manner of threats ,and continue to babble their way thru the posts ,with a continuous flow of twaddle
