And im half pom (Dad came from Southhampton)

Na he came over when he was a kid. Fords sent my granparent over as my grandfather could opperate some sort of machinery or somthing.
Id love to get some more family history but the family is a bit torn and dont speak to each other much.

i have had many many people ask me why i allow banter threads on this site. i do, as it provides fabric and texture that many internet forums lack imho.

hopefully the energy and camaraderie of the site will see another wend it's way in to the fabric in due course.
