There is a grey clay section of the track north west of the Zig Zag Railway on the way to Newnes.

Even the slightest humidity turns this into "Follies on Ice".

A skilfull over correction resulted in a gentle and "controlled" 180 degree pirouette. Two passengers, no driver, a looming roadside stump, brown stains, a dry cleaning bill concluded with a nervous laugh. 8O

At no time did my hands leave my wrists it just seemed like it.

Paul the passive passenger went off and bought a Disco.
