There are two types of people in this world, good and bad. The good sleep better, but the bad seem to enjoy the waking hours

Hey there
Mrs Medic here (aka SHMBO) - himself is making me coffee, so I have taken over the computer.
Just want to pipe up and say how much I love the banter on these forums. I belong to a number of craft related forums that are SOOOO serious and at times downright nasty.
You petrolheads are great!
thanks for letting me eavesdrop.
gotta go - he's coming to kick me off.
no! no! my computer!!!!

I was thinking of a sticker for the rear of the Disco which reads "I'd rather be knitting" a cool sticker when you're stuck, up to the axles in mud or sand.

thank you, thank you. I really like TPBTT - I think I'll make it a sign for my office door on Monday - heaps better than "General Dog's Body". That'll definitely wind my workmates up.Originally posted by one_iota

I'm a bit worried about the thought of you having a sticker about knitting on your Disco - people might start calling yours Doris, or Doris2......
Mind you, even though knitting is not one of my hobbies, it would be far more preferable to the rush hour traffic I get to "enjoy" twice a day. If it's not sunstrike (yeah, occasionally we get some sunshine), it's rubber neckers checking out whatever is stopped on the side of the motorway (even if there is no blood involved).
cheers

SWMBO (or else!)
B-I-T-C-H (babe in total control of herself)
etc, etc, etc. (not to mention modest)
