I might be interested in getting one as well..might help the price if we can get a few together....
Atlas seems to be closed for the silly season, so I'll chase them up early in the year and see what they can do and I'll give Abber a shout as well, I'll also just check the cost of a stainless custom tank just for reference too. Ranga if you have some drawings that would be awesome. I can give you email or fax number what ever is easiest.
I'll post update early new year, expect won't get much sense for anyone before that.

I think this was the final design for the Puma and TD5 - the 300TDi doesn't need the chamfer at the front. The small outlet at the top is the breather, the outlet with the clear tube is the filler, and the one at the bottom is a drain for easy cleaning or pump failure (obviously it goes through the floor).
I swapped the drain and filler around on mine, and have the filler point 90 degrees (towards the front of the 130) with clear tube bending around. This allows me to visually see how much water is in the tank. I think having a breather at each end might be a good idea, to allow proper filling regardless of any leans the vehicle might be on (think air pockets).

The tank in Ranga's post holds 50lt useable.
Just to chuck out ideas. I have a PolyRV 80lt, usable 70 under the tray, gravity flows into an Abber 60lt usable 50lt tank under the rear seat. The only draw back I have found, is I use an electric pump to draw up the water which has failed once on an expedition. In the rectification process I dropped approx 60lt of water. I do however use the pump to a tap mounted on the edge of the tray; as a tap under the car is to low, messy, muddy, get knocked off, and awkward for me. I have put some time into a hand pump but have failed to find a small discrete ones. Personally I think a gravity fed system or simple hand pump is the way to go. My pump runs about 4lt a minute which is close to gravity from what I see.
For even longer trips I have another Abber 60lt usable 50 that sits on foot space on the rear floor. It is separate to the other tanks for redundancy and is gravity delivery. It's fine for small kids, but terrible for adults foot/leg comfort. It pulls in and out easily.
There is plenty of food for thought and money to spend. Under the tray a poly RV 140ly may fit, didn't on my MMM tray as the rails were 40mm to narrow. But an RV ploy 80 will do easily. They can be fuel or water. On the floor of the rear of the 130 there is room for 100lt usable fuel or water that can be stowed. I think however Abber is only doing water these days. There are width ways across tray head board tank options of around 200lt I think. Then there also Mulgo sill tanks to hold 140lt of Diesel. Then is you want a real rush of blood, a replacement LR tank. The mind boggles.
I have found my sill tanks, two floor, and rear under tray distributes weight across diffs effectively.
Give me all up 215 of diesel, and 170lt of useable water which is overkill for many trips, but awesome when it called upon. A simple trip to Fraser or Moreton island is a good example. All low and well balanced I feel.
