    Tyre Recall

    Tyre safety recall
    Bob Jane T-Marts

    ContiTrac AW P275/60r17 and General Grabber AW P275/60R17 Tyres
    Manufactured by Continental Tires North America INC between March 1999 and October 2000 and sold through Bog Jane T-Marts outlets between November 1999 and February 2003.
    The tyre is likely to be fitted to 4-wheel drive or light trucks.

    Identifiable by the DOT tyre identification number appearing on one of the side walls of the tyre near the rim - ContiTrac and General Grabber AW DOT TO 44T 109 through to AD TO 44T 4400

    Voluntary recall action is being taken because of the risk of a belt separation which may cause a section of the tread and belt package to detach from the tyre casing, which may cause minor vehicle damage.
    If this occurs, vehicle owners will notice irregular tread wear, vibration or noise.

    If you believe you have any of the affected tyres or are uncertain, contact your nearest Bog Jane T-Mart for an inspection and to arrange for replacement tyres including fitting and balancing.
