300tdi series 1 discovery over fuelled?

hey Guys just brought myself a series 1 disco and just got the timing belt and tappets done and British off road pumped up the injector pump and now it seems to be smoking a lot more on no/low boost then clears up. Or whenever i go to put my foot down over half throttle. Is this normal? or is it a tad over-fuelled?

Are you sure it's a Tdi? Hasn't had a Thermodyne slipped into it has it?

Looks about the same as mine.
    Slightly over fuelled
