    PC ******* Strike Again

    The end of British Television comedy is fast approaching.

    Just read that "It Ain't Half Hot Mum" has been banned from the BBC by the PC do-gooder brigade.

    Luckily, I've got a boxed set of some of the greatest episodes - still get a great laugh from this show, especially the performance of Windsor Davies.

    Next they'll be banning Fawlty Towers. Can't have John Cleese taking the **** out of the germans now, can we. Or heaven help - someone from Barcelona might take offence.

    These whinging "PC do-gooders" and effeminate shirtlifters really need to get a life.

    Yet its ok to have programming on Rape, Murder and Drugs and DIY shows like CSI etc that show criminals how to improve their skills, and most from the most hypocritical nation on earth, who allow youtube videos on how to make a bomb etc, I don't get how its ok to make this stuff yet at the same time they need to pixelate a cleavage or bum crack.

    i have to go check out some Benny Hill now

    There was an American remake of Ab Fab. They took out the smoking, drinking and swearing.

    Actually I wouldn't bother watching either On the Buses or It ain't half hot mum! The same with Benny Hill happy for the BBC to ban then, not because of polictical correctness, but because they are dated and no longer funny.

    Just don't touch Yes Minister/Yes Prime Minister, which are timeless. You hear Sir Humphrey's work coming out of Canberra everyweek.

    You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
