    Remote Controlled Rock Crawlers

    i'm sure I started a thread ages ago on the topic.......

    anyways i'm getting close to making a purchase, both below have local stores and spares seem available

    my budget let me towards this rig
    HBX Rockfighter 1 10 4WD 4WHEEL Steer Crawler Hbxrockfighter | eBay

    but I found this which I believe would be a better rig
    Axial 1 10 SCX10 Dingo Rock Crawler Electric 4WD 2 4GHz KIT Version AX90021 | eBay

    OK the dingo is a kit...so that's out ATM. just chasing something I can pull out of the box and start using to see if I get the bug

    Axial Wraith is supposedly an awesome out of the box kit. send Grimace a PM. He has one (may be over budget actually sorry)

    umm, the HBX seems to be in my price bracket..........I wonder if I should really look at SCX10

    I have a crawler, a scaler and a slash 4x4. I would highly recomend an axial rtr kit for a beginner. Easy to setup, plenty of parts available and capable in stock form. It is definately worth the extra $$$

    1.9 and 2.2 relates to the wheel size. 1.9 is scale generally.

    Be warned it is very addictive!

    I made a custom tray and winch bar for my defender 90 scaler when I was recovering from my knee reco. They are great for passing the time when camping.
