    One for the South Aussies

    Gday All,

Our daughter does trade school in adelaide 4 times a year and where they get put up is about a 15 min walk to public transport, does anyone know of a car rental company that hire cars to people under 24. She is 19 and has her full license.

We looked at the option of sending her car up & down but it's not a viable option, other option is to buy a cheap car and find some cheap storage for 9 months a year.

I know on the east coast there are cheap local car hire mobs that are far cheaper than the big 3.

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks

    Cheers Ean

I know of a potentially very cheap Volvo 740 coming past me in a few days time, paint's stuffed but it's basically roadworthy.
