    Anyone fix washing machines?

We have an XL 8 Electrolux front loader, about 7yrs old,the drum has a noisy bearing.

Do i throw it or have a go changing it?
Got the top off, seems the cabinet is in two pieces, does it split so you can get to rear bearing and belt etc?

    Thanks in advance

Had a look at a few sites like that but they seem to be mostly American models and brands.

That site is very helpful, even though different models and brands, still helpful.

    Thanks

Give Alderley Refrigeration a call. They probably sell parts for it and are very helpful, although it's quite a few years since I've dealt with them, might be different now.

If you find it is not worth fixing, have some fun with it and try this,
