Thanks all for your replies. I will pass it on, unfortunately she suffers from depression and anxiety, so she is always reluctant to put her self into confronting situations. Centrelink sent her yesterday to a job referral conseller, and they actually helped her be getting her urgent mental health and to a disability centre to help her overcome some of her health issues.
So will see if things can turn a corner for her.
    regards, Mario

Good on her for being willing to get out and work, I'm staggered sometimes by the pay and conditions some people are subjected to. Puts some other things in a bit of perspective. I bet the account person who stiffs her with her holiday pay etc is on a much better wicket, also interesting the manager wasn't heading out to visit the hospital.

the problem is that personal care the clients get attached to the carer, they don't realise you are not their friend but a worker to help them with their hygiene. Then you get the oldies that con extra work from the worker who's ONLY job is wash. They want mail posted , mail collected, vacuuming done. Some even time the worker and say I'm pay $5 for 1/2 hour so start dusting or do house work, which the worker is not allowed to do.
