To the best of my knowledge, there are 3 sorts of tablets

    Apple iWhatever

    Android

    Microsoft Surface

It would appear that this offering is only for the Android at this stage.

I have a 10" Samsung Tab, which I am considering adding a RAM mount to the car for, and then using it as a touring tablet.

    some maps, not all maps

if the tablet is windows based, it wont work.

if it is apple based, you can get a version for it but not with this offer.

many of the cheaper generic tablets are andriod based.

if you have you tablet plugged into the computer when you go to the play store page it will (most of the time) tell you if your device is compatible...

If the Apple version is anything to go by, it's well worth the money! I use it over my other nav device. It's simple, easy to mount (phone mount doubles as my nav mount seeing as the phone is a nav), and you don't need phone signal to use it!

What can't the humble phone do these days!
