    Defender = QM2

    Done a deal, ( i think)

    I get a new Defender 110,
    She gets a trip Paris, London, Queen Mary 2, New York
    The most expensive accessory ever ?
    All i have to do is finally test drive one next week in Port Moresby & pop down to Brisbane to buy it.
    Given my expectations are benchmarked against the Mini Moke I has 35 years ago, hoping for some slight improvements.

    I thought this thread was talking about the turning circle of my 6x6, which would surely rival the QM2!

    Better get that order in quick if the other thread is correct that orders have to be in by March.

    Indeed, hence my poor bargaining position. Am a bit worried no one has confirmed British engineering has advanced from the days of the mini moke

    Powered by Ford. But don't worry about that, the whole rest of it is as advanced as the mini moke!
