    SWMBO is working on increasing it.....

    But I do the mowing, so I WILL find a way....

    If the property was big enough you could buy an agricultural mower that you could tow behind the ute.

    Even then the novelty would wear off.

    I haven't owned or mown a lawn since 1988.

    No only 0.25 acre plus footpath but its a corner block so LOTS of footpath (or grass, rather).

    But bu the time I get the driveway to the shed, the pergola etc... will cut down on lawn a fair bit.
