Oh, now we see the violence inherent in the system. Help! Help! I'm being repressed!

Remind me, what did I say? I can't remember

Don't really know, but I reckon a couple of regular's didn't like being taken to task and given strong opposing opinions. If I had to guess I would say they just played the ultimate politics, cried bloody murder to the ref. and had the whole thing quashed. Sort of a, last ditch, coup de grâce.

If that was actually the case, you would think they must have been right on the ropes to throw in the towel on the whole competition. Damn shame, if they couldn't handle the heat they should've just gotten out of the kitchen.

All moot now though. Seeing as we really have no idea other than to guess... My best guess... too much antidisestablishmentarianism*.

Whichever way it went, I will also miss it. AGAIN.

Thanks to Inc for having another go at it anyway. And Dullbird for putting up with "the passion". It was fun while it lasted... agree with Mick_Marsh... just like those late night Wombat campfire chats!

    * I've been waiting more than 30 years to use that word with anywhere near its true meaning!!! Not actually sure I nailed it, but that will do

how did i know you would post something along these lines

still attempting to play the people involved instead of presenting some of that strong opposing opinion as you call it.
