    Photos from Billing Land Rover Show UK - 16-18.07.2004

    G'day Guys,

    Just got back from my holidays in the UK, where I was lucky enough to have spent 2 days at the Billing LR show.

    I have created a folder in the Trips and Treks section or just click on the following link

    I spent 2 days there - did not want to be rushed!!!

    The photos are typical of holiday photos - I took them because I was interested in these items - not to everyones tastes I agree, but you never know!!!

    Awesome pics, have told the girlfriend that when and if we goto the uk we are going in July [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

    How far is it from London ?

    How many people turn up to this event ?

    G'day Matt,

    Billing Aquadrome is just outside Northampton - so about 1-2 hours North from London.

    Pls be aware -there is more to the UK than London!!! (I'm originally from the North and get ****ed when people believe all there is in the UK is London)

    There were thousands of people there - from all over Europe / America, was impressed by the number of German / Dutch / Belgian campers - but sad to see them leaving early on the Sunday morning back down the M1 motorway.

    I will be scheduling a visit again in the next couple of years - but will also going to Woden next year and will not miss the LROC (Sydney) Expo - sounded bigger and better than before.

    Thanks for the info, have actually lived in England before... but was very young so don't remember the locations that well and it is easier for me to describe to people where locations are if you use London as a reference !!!
