    For Mick Marsh.

You got a couple of these hidden from Mum, Mick?

My Landlord has his grandfather's 1924 Buckboard Chevrolet Ute,still running and on full rego, was used on the farm from 24 through to 48 when replaced with a new Ford ute, last model before the Custom/Customline but he still uses their 1939 Ford 3 tonner as a farm vehicle,no doors or windscreen, starts up with the help of a 12 volt battery used for track maintainance/fence repair, beats using one of the Fergies in bad weather or winter, the farm was reduced from 1800 down to 400 acres 50 years ago, gone from dairy to yearlings now.

We hope to take the Chev to the Nambour Swap meet in June weather permitting,up the highway at 28 miles an hour, complete with original contracting 2 wheel brakes(the linings contract around the rear wheel drums) only modern concession is 6v blinkers and 2 stop lights
