Another thing the Ebay is changing, anonymity, on the scoring section, previously a customer could leave a scoring of their transaction anonymously, ebay will in the future reveal who those people are to the seller.
Why? so we go around with hired thugs and beat them up? what other garbage are they coming up with.
Keep it simple keep it sweet, make it difficult and people shy away.
We do many transactions were the customer quickly pays what ebay asks them to pay, we aren't even given a chance to combine the postage as we need to do it manually due to variables, so we are refunding all the time.
The usual reason is the a lot of people don't understand how ebay works, first timers new older people.
Like direct bank deposit or Echeque what ever they like to call it, a lot of customers think that when they pick the method it automatically pays, they don't often realise they need to go a further step to get banking details, they think it was automatic.
So why does ebay have to stuff around with something that weren't broken?
