I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

It's going to be bloody hard to get the old boy up there. He has never told me anything about his time in Vietnam he never goes to Anzac day never kept in touch with his brothers when they all got back or never looked up his old mates he served with. The only reason i even knew he served was when nanna showed me a picture of him and his two mates in the jungle somewhere. I asked him about the picture when i was a lot younger as i was going to take it to school for Anzac day and he got very upset and told me never to ask him about any of it again he also ripped into nanna for showing me or even telling me about him going to Vietnam. His three uncles all served in WWII James and Les with the 61st battalion and Kevin based in Darwin with the RAAF. He would tell me about them and what they did with immense pride but would never ever speak about himself or his brothers i have never pushed the issue with him as i feel he can tell me in his own time. All nanna ever told me was he was involved in some bloody battles and he lost a lot of mates and on his return to Australia he was treated like **** by people who were against the war and very let down by the government of the time. But recently he seems to be mellowing a bit after meeting a bloke down the pub who returned from Afghanastan. So i think maybe something like this would be very good for him being around other people that know what he went through and maybe feel the same way. before i forget nice fish
