That should be a part of the new driving tests here in Tasmania. It will stop few P plates on the local roads![]()

Altho I dont drive B doubles,I have to manouvre a semi into spots very similar to where he put his,but with the added bonus of being in various angles to put the trailer onto a dock + walls/cars/other vans-trucks beside me.
Does make it interesting.
cheers

That is great bit of reversing. One of the places I have worked was built way before B doubles. So watching those guys get a B double into a place that normal semi`s struggle is amazing to watch. They have to drive into the factory and then back out into the loading bay. With not that much more room than on that ship.
Cheers Hall
Id give it a crack, cant be any harder than trying to back up 2 8t haulmarks with a mog

That is cool, damn sure I couldn't do it. Imagine if the public were allowed to tow 2 trailers, that would make trips to the local tip really fun!
Yeah, what he said Ian^^^^^^^Actually my SIL here in Bundaberg is experienced in B-doubles watched that clip and he said that was quite good.![]()
The bigger the vehicle the easier it is to reverse, but a 6x4 trailer with centre axle can be a pig, should all be 2" rear of centre.
