Well I've got it Arthur; driving it you can certainly detect its heritage. I'm not sure I'd call it "a driver's car" but it is comfortable, safe and solid with air bags everywhere. Performance is more than adequate without being a rocket ship. NHV is greater than the Failane but it handles far better; one of the things I feel is superior over the Ford is the steering, which is heavier with more feed back.Have the Volvo come with the local bowling club membership?
Now seriously, how good are the V70 series?
Are nice to drive or are like the old 240 series, built like a tank but not a drivers car?

Congrats on the purchase Ian,good solid cars nothing special but still a good unit all the same.
Bloody thing will probably out last half the cars on the forum
