    There would be a lot more to it than was announced...

    A throw away rhyme (off camera) and a dust up are hardly grounds to label a person.

    Apparently Clarkson has always been trouble for the BBC. Just doesn't fit the mould, maybe.

    I have read on the AULRO facebook page that "They kept a helicopter waiting for two hours while getting drunk at a local pub. They finally arrived at their accommodation two hours late, the BBC had paid 11000 pound for 10 rooms. The chief had gone home, it was 10pm and Clarkson almost woke the whole hotel with his 40 minute rant and then punch".

    I wouldn't doubt it, especially as Clarkson has admitted that it was not the fault of the victim.
