Good call mate,I should have included Wladimir as a very good role model as you have said in a earlier post very humble man, very rare in a sport filled with loud mouths and show offs.

Alex lost in the 5th to a TKO which is a bloody shame but by no means a disgrace. It was plain to see he was well and truly outclassed by a true champion. Alex showed plenty of heart to get up from three knock downs.

Alex mate you are still a champion in my eyes, going into the ring with a man that is one the greats and giving it your best shot. Both men will still very humble after the fight.

Absolutely no shame in that defeat, just a bit more work needed in the gym.

Too much reach, a little bit too much class. Boxer Vs brawler, but Alex is still a champ., in my eyes. Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

    Points for courage Alex.

More than 10 hits to 1 if not for the fact he went 5 rounds, you'd have to think it was a chronic mismatch...but FMD the tuff bugger survived FIVE rounds against the world best.

So as David showed Goliath, height and reach isn't everything. (Yeh I know, different outcomes, different weapons, different rules, probably just a fairy tale...but I've got nothing) oh wait, like Rocky 3or4 where he beats the BIG Russian - Aaaadriaaaaan!!!

    AYE DREE UN!!

Respect, despite the loss to a great champion. Lets hope Alex cleared enough money after expenses to give his family a good future.
