Ridiculously slow here. It loads the www.aulro.com content, but gets stuck with "waiting for ww2.aulro.com". If I hit escape as soon as I see the ww2.aulro.com part, it ignores whatever is trying to load and works fine straight away.

Very slow here, but then my old copper phone lines are only capable of ADSL 1 and I have been told they won't upgrade the lines until Telstra sell the phone network.

We were early on the list for fibre optic as part of NBN but change of Govt. scrapped that

I can actually go and work on something rather than wandering around here.
    see you next week.
I don't think the Advertisers will be too happy, if Inc's away for a week I'll be signing off till he gets back and hope it's still here when I check back next week sometime, Regards Frank.

It is fine at my place. It disappeared completely for a short time yesterday, but other than that it is normal.

Frank, maybe it would be quicker to drive over to my place to log in rather than wait for it to load at your place.

Good idea, it just took nearly 5 minutes to log in and get to the first post/page, can't understand why it's taking a month of Sundays to load here yet other people, even close by like you don't seem to have a problem, you doing anything this week? I'll give you a ring tomorrow, Regards Frank.

Frank, it depends on your ISP and who they connect through.

It's still not great for me:

AULRO is slow as a wet week here. All other sites are fine and normal. Every page on here takes minutes to load. My lack of attention span cannot take this sort of punishment...somebody reboot a server somewhere...

    AULRO web page.

Has any else noticed the longer length of time the Aurol forum pages are taking to open.
It is almost like back to dial up.
Maybe it is my computer maybe not.
    Any comments?

    EDIT
Somebody merged the threads, making my comment irrelevant.
